Avocado and Egg Toast



Not enough time for breakfast This avocado and egg toast recipe is quick and good for you. It has just the right amount of creamy avocado, perfectly cooked eggs, and extra flavorings that you can add if you want to.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, hot sauce

Instructions:

Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit
