Ingredients:
- 20g medium-coarse coffee grounds
- 300ml hot water 200F or 93C
- Nee Coffee Dripper
- Paper filter
Instructions:
Place the Nee Coffee Dripper on your coffee mug
Insert a paper filter into the dripper and rinse it with hot water to eliminate paper taste
Add the coffee grounds to the filter
Start a timer and pour just enough hot water to wet the coffee grounds, allowing them to bloom for 30 seconds
Slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds, maintaining a consistent pour
Total brewing time should be around 2-3 minutes
Remove the dripper and enjoy your freshly brewed pour-over coffee
