Pistachio Rose Popsicles



Enjoy the romantic taste of pistachio ice cream with rose petals that smell wonderful in these tasty popsicles. Great for sharing with someone you care about.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pistachio ice cream
  • 1/4 cup rose petals, washed and dried

Instructions:

In a blender, pulse the pistachio ice cream until it becomes smooth and creamy

Fold in the rose petals gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set

Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles

Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately
