Blueberry Bowl



This vegan blueberry bowl is a delicious and nutritious breakfast option packed with antioxidants, fiber, and plant-based protein. It's easy to make and customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Toppings: sliced bananas, sliced almonds, shredded coconut

Instructions:

Blend frozen blueberries, banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and almond milk together in a blender

If you need to, add more almond milk to get the consistency you want

Blend until smooth and creamy

Put the stuff into a bowl

Put banana slices, almond slices, and coconut shreds on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
