Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake



Indulge in the ultimate dessert with this Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake. A rich brownie layer serves as the base for creamy vanilla ice cream and decadent hot fudge sauce, creating a delightful treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1
  • 5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, using vegetable oil, eggs, and water

Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan

Bake brownie layer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Let it cool completely

Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled brownie layer

Smooth the top with a spatula

Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer, spreading it evenly

Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm

Before serving, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes

Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles before slicing
