Low Carb BBQ Dry Rub Beef

This dry barbecue rub with few carbs is great for making beef cuts like brisket or ribeye taste better. When the beef is grilled, the spices make a tasty crust that gives it a smoky and savory taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef such as brisket or ribeye
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

Instructions:

Put all the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together

Cover all sides of the beef with the mixture and rub it on well

Put the beef in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight for the best flavor, and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Grill the beef for five to seven minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it

After taking the beef off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes

Then, cut it into pieces and serve
